Oceano An Oceano man found dead in his cell at County Jail earlier this week died from natural cardiac causes, according to preliminary autopsy results disclosed Wednesday by the Sheriff’s Department. William M. Harvel, 73, died Sunday in a medical cell, according to the Sheriff’s Department.
